Hi, I am Hera, the founder of Personal Care Diary.
I have worked in the fragrance industry for more than 11 years, focusing on product tracking, trend analysis and category insight generation, supporting teams and clients in identifying opportunities and inspiring product direction.
During my corporate career, I tracked new product launches, analysed market movements, identified emerging trends and translated insights into practical opportunities and strategies. I also created and developed ideas and concepts to support clients in new product development, handled cross-category projects and collaborated with multiple departments and across business functions.
